Sometimes you may have multiple group leaders to help manage your group. Adding a group leader is easy and does not count towards your seat number (please add no more than 3-4 group leaders/group license).
Group leaders are able to:
- Have access to all courses in the group
- Add/delete Learners
- See and track all users course completion and quiz scores
- Add/delete other group leaders
**Be careful to NOT add your learners as group leaders or else they will have access to add/delete other learners as well as see the progress of other students.
Adding a Group Leader
The first step is to login to the site and go to top menu and click “Manage Your Learners.”
Then scroll down to the section that says “Group Leaders.”
Then click on on the button that says “Add Group Leader
