At POCUS 101 (Physician Zen LLC), we really strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Our goal is to give you the tools and resources you need to succeed.

When you sign up for the POCUS 101 Courses, you immediately gain access to a whole library of information much of which is only available to active POCUS 101 Course members.

Because of the nature of the Product, we can’t provide refunds for the POCUS 101 Courses.

No partial refunds are given should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date; however you will retain access to the POCUS 101 Courses until the end of your payment term.

So we’ve gone above and beyond to make it really clear exactly how the POCUS 101 Courses work and what’s in it so you won’t have any bad surprises (only really good ones) when you sign up. Exception to this Policy

The POCUS 101 return policy applies to new signups as well a renewals. However, if a members forgets or neglects to cancel their account prior to renewal, we will gladly cancel their account and refund their renewal fee as long as they request it in email to support@pocus101.com within 30 days of their renewal date.
